Discounted Hotel Rates and Free Internet in Guest Rooms

To obtain the ASSETS 2010 discounted rates, please use the Group/Convention Code: AST when making your reservations through the hotel website or by phone at (407) 239-1144.

IMPORTANT: By registering with the Group/Convention Code AST the charges for internet access in the guest room (about $12/day) will be removed at check-out, according to the conditions of our contract. But this can only be done for reservations with the AST Group/Convention Code.

The hotel will hold the ASSETS room block until the cutoff date of September 24, 2010.

From Orlando International Airport and the East:

Take the Beeline Expressway/ RT 528 West to I-4 West, then take Exit 68/RT 535. Turn right, then make another right at the second light onto Palm Parkway. Turn right at the 1st stop sign onto Lake Avenue. The hotel is on the right.

From Tampa/West coast

Take I-75 South to I-4 East. Take Exit 68/RT 535. Turn left, then right at the third light onto Palm Parkway. Turn right at the 1st stop sign onto Lake Avenue. The hotel is on the right.

From I-95

Take I-4 West, take Exit 68/RT 535. Turn right, then go to the second light (Palm Parkway) and make another right. Turn right at the 1st stop sign onto Lake Avenue. The hotel is on the right.

From I-75 South

Take the Florida Turnpike to I-4 West, Exit 68/SR 535. Turn right, then go to the second light (Palm Parkway) and make another right. Turn right at the 1st stop sign onto Lake Avenue. The hotel is on the right.

From I-75 North

Take I-4 East to Exit 68/Lake Buena Vista, and make a left. Turn right on Palm Parkway, then turn right onto Lake Avenue. The hotel is on the right.
